[Boatanchors] 300 0hm dummy load

Ohm-Mite also made a 300 ohm 100W dummy load (I used to have one).   But 
the 25 x 7500 ohm suggestion previously made is easy enough to construct  
between two pieces of copper clad.

That could easily be fed with a  75 to 300 ohm balun.
