Joe,

Get yourself a power transformer with a 350-0-350 or 375-0-375 volt  
secondary, use a capacitor input filter and you'll get all the HV you  
need for your AF-67.  Got a big husky unit out of an old color
TV that's been running my AF-68 for years.  Don't use a bridge  
rectifier with the above voltages BTW, just a normal full-wave circuit  
which should give you something around 450 - 500 vdc out with the 16  
mfd input filter cap you mentioned.

You will need another, lower voltage supply for your PMR-7 and the  
exciter and audio circuits in your AF-67.
