[Boatanchors] NDB's was LightSquared - Loran

The one in Cleveland, Ohio IDed itself as CLE for many years. The single 
dit of the E got shorter and shorter over some years and eventually 
disappeared. I hear images of it in the AM broadcast band whenever i am 
near Cleveland, 60 miles from home.
