Thanks again for the links.

I have begun to look more for a RAL to go with my RAK. The post office
has 70 pound limit and I think those radios will - packed - will come in
a little under that. The power supply, if included, would have to ship
separate. I think my best chance is one of the hamfests downstate. It's
hard for me to get to those but I have started looking closer to
home..just no luck yet.

I have had a couple of nibbles when I put my line in over the past few
months and thought one would be forthcoming but still no RAL. I'm
discouraged enough about my prospects to start rolling one of my own.
Needs a lot nore than a couple 6SN7s!!

I love showing radios from the 1930s through 1960s to young folks and
then pointing at *THIS* computer. I ask them where they think the
computer will be 70 years <evil grin>.
