I recommend 2 ton crystal epoxy, the clear type.  It has really worked
well for me.  You need to set it up with some compression for 24
hours.  I used it to glue broken inductor micalex (sp?) that holds the
inductor and link on a KW Matchbox.  The assembly got smashed up in
shipping because the shipper was obviously unfamiliar with vintage
radio gear and its vulnerabilities.  The broken pieces went back
together and it works like a champ.

I want to warn you about using JB Weld.  It seems like a good material
but I would not use it for RF or h.v. parts.  It has metallic content
and could pose a problem.
