Dave *IS* correct!
However, it takes more care and effort, plus the knowledge of what you
are dealing with.
One "extra" step to immunize Outlook, rename the "wscript.exe" file.
We finally did a "push" from the server farm to all the subscribers that
did this to keep us from going nuts!
We renamed the file as "wscript.e_e". This way it wouldn't run the
scripts that might come in.
I run my ISPs Norton 360 Internet Security Suite.
I'm also behind a "firewall" of my own making. My ISP assigns every
high speed "Router/Modem" one specific IP address.
I run the output of it to a Cisco E200, where I change the address used
within the house.
Paranoid? NO! Just VERY experienced and prepared.
