[Boatanchors] SSB Transmitter Ideas Wanted

Hello Dick,
I asked myself the same question a while back relative to my Drake 1A.
I searched the QST archives, but kinda bogged down, as most of the
projects I found were quite complex. A CW transmitter is trivial to
build, and an AM set is not too difficult, but sideband reaches a much
higher lever of complexity pretty quickly.
Based on your post, I just took another look. Try this, originally
