[Boatanchors] Nice Rack Hardware?

Keith,

I found that places that sell boat hardware have loads of those 
countersunk washers, and the stainless steel screws that go with them.

I obtained a supply when there was a family member pass away.

There was a good amount of this stuff, as he had once owned a 37 foot 
Gremlin Sailboat.

I've been using this supply for all my rack mounting.

Just my $0.02 worth.
