Rob the transformer is open frame. Acquired at Dayton several years ago. It 
is fairly loose fit in 12" nema box. Left enough space for wires and bolts 
for a shelf bracket. As for the weight it seemed light for the first few 
spaces but after taking several breaks I was ready to just set it on an 
empty space. The cost was good, 5 bucks. The person selling it kept telling 
everyone who stopped by that it was no good for a power supply.
So I was forced to remove it to my place.
