Which is why I said this in an earlier post:
"It probably would be a good idea for list administrators to periodically
re-post the "posting guidelines" specific to their specific lists that
they run, if their guidelines are in addition to the "Posting Guidelines"
that are presently listed on main page of http://mailman.qth.net/  . 
Members may have forgotten them or may not be even aware of them."
