Thank you. That Guide to Email List Guidelines and Behavior, refers to the list "rules" 
but indicates that itself is not the set of rules of the List. The rules are something other 
than the Guidelines. If the FAQ and the Guidelines are not the rules, then they must be 
somewhere else. The Guide sure does sound like some good rules of thumb that can 
improve behavior on any of the Lists.

I expect that they probably go out in a monthly e-mail as is normal for these groups and 
most of us don't read them (and should.) It also indicates that the rules can be obtained 
from the List Administrator.
