[Boatanchors] Johnson Viking 500

Ian, et al,

I have four Johnson 500's.  Ten years ago I paid $2000 for one which had been nicely restored (front panel silkscreened, etc.) along with getting new Peter Dahl iron.  I would not take $2500 for it today.  None are for sale.

Anyone have a ballpark figure for what current value might be? I don't see
any
eBay sales recently although I know there have been some 500's sold in the
past year or so.
