That is exactly what I came up with. Another posts suggests you can get
an extension cord with 10 gage wires and use that. You should also have
10 gage wire from the 30 Amp breaker to the 30 Amp outlet. Depending on
what is already present you might consider setting up your radio for 220
volt operation and installing a 220 volt line to your radio shack if you
don't already have one. It might cost you less AND be more efficient.
