[Boatanchors] HW-16 QUESTION

Can someone with an HW-16 manual tell me if L8 (plate of V7-6CL6 oscillator) is tuned to 15 or 40 meters?  I'm having a bit of a problem and this information would greatly help me to solve it.  By the size of the cap across the coil it would appear it should be 15M but it does not dip there and it looks as if the unmarked cap is not something Heath would supply.
