I don't remember the details of Bill's station except that his 
transmitter was homebrew. Don't remember what he was using for a 
receiver. Seems like he was running 500-600 watts.

I never spoke to Bill, but remember listening to him late at night, He 
had a great voice on the air. Wasn't he operating a 20's vintage

A few years ago, I was priveleged to participate in Bill's 80th
birthday party using the Morrow Twins. Haven't had that much fun on 20M
AM since.
