Ken,
You could just replace them with like devices.  Littelfuse 313 series,
Cooper/Bussman type AGC-V and Type MGP or GJV, all have pre-attached leads
and are available from several distributors.

I need to replace some 3AG style fuses that have radial leads that 
solder to a pc board. A while back, I found some goodies that were like 
a little spring that fit onto the fuse end cap. One end of the spring 
wire was long enough the insert in a pc board hole. Here's a picture
