[Boatanchors] 10M AM Frequencies

Last time I remember really good 10M condx and a lot of 10M AM  
activity was back in the 80's.  Place to go then was 29.0 to 29.2.   
Worked FB and it was nice to know where the action was likely to be   
as opposed to having to search over the whole band for carriers.  Lot  
of talk at the time about establishing a similar AM hangout on the top  
end of 15M , particularly as a place to go on those days when 10  
wasn't open but nothing ever came of it.
