[Boatanchors] Drake 2B s-meter needed

A friend who only has his beloved Drake 2B for a radio is in need of an
s-meter to repair it. 

As I understand it, any meter from a 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, R-4, R-4A, R-4B, T-4X,
T-4XB or T-4XC will work as a substitute since he has the original and can
swap the meter scale.
