[Boatanchors] HELP-Identify Bird Dummy load

Some years back, I acquired a Bird Dummy load from an estate.the ID Tag has the following information

DUMMY LOAD ELECTRICAL
DA-412A/U
SERIAL    001
BY CONTRACTOR
BIRD ELECTRONIC CORP.
CLEVELAND, OHIO
ORDER NO. DAAB05-70-C-1243
.                    U.S.

It is quite heavy and the overall dimensions are 14"L X 6"W X 8.25" H. It Is basically a cylinder with cooling fins that make it rectangular. I can provide  pictures. Can any one help me determine the power handling capacity of this device. It works fine.
