[Boatanchors] RME 45 receivers need HELP !!

could not resist telling you this.  When I was about 14 years old, say 
about 1954, I had an RME45.  The sweeping dial was so neat in my young 
eyes.  I remember getting my general license and working 20 meter DX 
with it.  WOW...
Then some how I talked my mom into getting me a National NC183D.  Now 
that was even better.  It had two sweeping dials on it.

I have an NC183D ....again now...   sometimes I wonder if I oughtta get 
me another RME45.
Hmmmmmm...  we'll see.
