[Boatanchors] Hammarlund HQ 120X replacement main tuning dial and serial #assignment

Hi John,

My notes say the 120 was introduced in December 1938, and the HQ-129X 
designation appears in August 1939.  I'll bet production stopped pretty 
quickly after Pearl Harbor.  See:

If the radio contains any of the original tubes you may be able to zero 
in a bit closer by the date codes on RCA metal units,  See:
