Herman,
I live on a 90'x110' lot that is full of Live Oak trees and have no
place to put a wire antenna. The vertical is located in the only open
patch of ground I have. It has 10 - 65' radials. As much as I would
like to have more/better antennas, I am stuck with this. At one time I
tried a 20M 1/4 wave end fed antenna strung over the top of the house.
It picked up so much noise it was useless, all the wireless routers in
the neighborhood birdies.
