Thanks for the tip Jim. The winding is not piggybacked but Ron KA4INM makes a good point. I will flip 
them to the schematic configuration just for safety.

| Check the wiring diagram.  If the transformer winding that connects to
| these leads does not connect to anything else, then you are correct, it
| does not matter which way it is connected.  But, if there are any other
| taps on that winding, then it does matter. In that case, correct the
| wiring error before proceeding.  Some scope circuits use the trick of
| "piggybacking" a high voltage winding onto one end of a lower voltage
| winding to gain even more AC to work with.  If this is the case with the
| SB-610, the wiring error could lower the available HV by a significant
| amount.
