Wonderful radio. I have a 1T4 that might do well for QRP also.

Recently I acquired a little "QRP Midget". It uses two 3S4s in parallel
as a crystal oscillator on 80 or 40. At 90 volts on the plates it runs
about 1 watt. It is described by Dave Ingram in the November '92 issue
of CQ.

Dave's article referred the reader to a W5LET article in the July 1967
issue of Popular Electronics for the original design.

Does anyone have a July '67 issue of PE that I might talk to them about?
