[Boatanchors] Help ID Spare Parts Kit

I found a cardboard box with the markings:

Kit, Spare Running
Contract DAAB05-69-C-0747

I tried Googling the Contract Number but got nothing.
Anyone know what this went with ? It's a box of tubes 
and a couple of other small items.
