[Boatanchors] BC-348 E-M-P

I had a couple TCS receivers with the same problem inside the IF
transformers and the BFO tank circuit. I made a tool that slid behind the
shaft of the capacitor. It was a 1/4" square bar with a 4-40 headless screw
tapped passing through at each end. The screws allowed me to raise the bar
and push the shaft back into position. Then I pressed the hex sleeve back in
place and drilled through the hex sleeve and capacitor shaft, threaded the
hole 2-56, and added a small screw. Everything was done in the receiver with
only the transformer or BFO coil shield removed.
