Just series up 2 each 27 mfd @ 450 volt capacitors for each 700 volt capacitor and you will be "good to go".  The originals were usually 2 each 350 volt capacitors in series but in the same package.

Working on a WRL 680 and need two 12 mf 700 volt caps. Haven't been able to find any with that voltage rateing. Can someone point me in the right direction.
