OK, according to MIL-E-16400 governing Navy electronics equipment:
The paint spec for Navy electronics equipment for Interior Use is MIL-E-15090
http://www.wbdg.org/ccb/FEDMIL/dtl15090d.pdf
The paint is called Navy Formula No. 111
The color must match color number 26307 of FED-STD-595
Navy electronics for Exterior Use gets a different kind of paint per TT-E-490
http://www.everyspec.com/FED_SPECS/T/TT-E-490E_10736/
and is darker, matching color number 26270
There's a color chart on this page, but who knows what shade your
monitor is displaying.
