[Boatanchors] Precision Series 85 Multimeter

I thought I had the Radio City Simpson 260 competitor that Dave was looking 
for.  But when I found time to dig it out and look at it, it's a Precision 
Series 85, another 260 competitor.  The movement drags so would have to be 
repaired.  I don't recall it dragging the day that I bought it so don't know 
what happened to it.  If anyone has any interest in it, I paid $30 for it 
(according to the vintage radio shop tag) some 20+ years ago.  I would also 
swap for Signal Corps or Navy stuff.
