The 25LM022 is the element that I use in the D-104 upgrade kits that I make.  It works much better than the other two Kobitone elements.  Of course, you do have to make a "filler" because the cartridge is much smaller in diameter than the original.

I bought a few of each a while back and put an '022 in one D-104 and an
'024 in another - both amplified, for which I make no apologies.  I  also have a 50mm element in an  old Astatic 200S shell which sounds great through a preamp to the Ranger.
 
To my ear, both sound better than the original elements.  The 50mm in particular has a more natural sound though I still prefer other  microphones than the D-104.
