[Boatanchors] Kobitone elements was Drake 2B General Coverage

I checked Mouser since I thought I'd seen the elements still available 
recently and found that the 25LM025 (25mm) is obsolete.  I believe this 
is the one which was recommended as a D-104 replacement.

They do have the 25LM022 (35mm) and the 25LM024 (50mm) in large number.

I bought a few of each a while back and put an '022 in one D-104 and an 
  '024 in another - both amplified, for which I make no apologies.  I 
also have a 50mm element in an  old Astatic 200S shell which sounds 
great through a preamp to the Ranger.

To my ear, both sound better than the original elements.  The 50mm in 
particular has a more natural sound though I still prefer other 
microphones than the D-104.
