[Boatanchors] 19, 30 & 31 tube info

Those are all early 30's tubes for battery powered farm radios. They have 
minimal value as the needs are low with restorers.

I'll take them and offer to those folks rather than have them trashed as Im 
heavier into old wooden sets than boatanchors.
