[Boatanchors] MFJ CWF-2 filter schematics

I am no too sure this is really boatanchor but is pretty old, the MFJ CWF-2
filter I installed in my Heathkit HW-100 in the early 70s. I worked fine
until last week. I have been looking for the 747 ICs locally and cannot find
them. I am sure I can replace them with 2 741s per each 747 with some
modifications to the circuit. Any one with a schematic for this filter out
there?
Really appreciate if I can get a copy.
