[Boatanchors] Windows Vista mail question - Global message delete

Hi:

I'm trying to clean up my Windows Vista email program.  It's the email program that was bundled with my Vista operating program.

How do you do a global delete in Windows mail?  I'm trying to delete old email and don't want to do it a message at at time.  Tried different keys but no response.
