[Boatanchors] Russian Receiver (R-326) Translation Needed

I got this receiver in a trade, but my Russian is rather rusty 
and I cannot find any Cyrillic Translation engines using Google 
(at least one that works).

I have a decent picture of the front, is there anyone who can tell 
me which control does what ?
