[Boatanchors] SRR-5-B Set ... As a Kit?

That's the wrong nomenclature system.   The SSR-5B that Dave is 
referring to is part of the OSS SSTR-5.

The receivers  were sold as a kit after the war.  The transmitters are 
fairly rare.
