[Boatanchors] Need 4 Pin tube socket for 83 Tube

I'm going over my 600A that I recently purchased. Somebody drilled out 
the 4 pin socket for the 83  and replaced it with a 8 pin socket and 
stuck a 5Y3 in it!

Please, does anyone have a socket I can purchase? Will gladly pay for 
the socket and shipping.
