[Boatanchors] TCS noise limiter

  Good evening,
   Just had some questions about a noise limiter I found in the estate 
of a SK, that I am not sure about. It is NOS, still in the box, with a 
Navy instruction manual, from 1944. It says TCS radio equipment, which I 
am assuming the Navy was using Collins gear back then. I have it listed 
on Ebay, with pictures as well.
  Any information about this item, and what it may be worth would be 
gratly appreciated, as i am trying to sell it to raise money for the SK
