I have to chime in with Glen on this.  I order from Mouser at least once a
week or sometimes more often, NEVER on line, call 800 number.  Have had an
open account with them for more than 20 years and never had a problem.  I
advise the order person of my shipping preference, also if there is a
backorder to hold for all to fill or send partials.

What is really amazing, I place an order and just hang up phone and BAM the
confirmation is in my email box and like Glen, I can get parts up here in
Kansas sometimes the next day.  That is service.

Also do business with MCM and they will ship USPS if asked AND their
shipping charges are TEENY when they fill a back order.
