You're looking for the wrong values. 20 uF isn't a standard value anymore. Look instead for 22 uF and 47 uF which ARE current standard values and I'm betting you can find 'em very cheaply.
Tolerance on electrolytics is very loose so don't worry about the difference in value.

Why are electrolytic capacitors so expensive? Even the newer Aluminum are out of this world. I am looking for a 20 @ 450V and a 50 and 150V. One is $17 and the other is either $25 or $38 for single quantities. Almost to expensive to fix and sending them in to Hayseed would run around $30 ea also. This is for a real nice Gates Modulation Monitor with a pair of nice big meters on the front, one for reading transmitter on or off frequency values and the other is for modulation.
I have not determined that they existing caps are bad but as they are probably 40 plus years old, why not fix them now instead of having to pull the thing out of a rack to redo later.
Maybe i'll junk it out! NOT!
