[Boatanchors] Handle for HP 410

A friend of mine gave me a very nice looking HP410B complete with the correct 
probes.  Like many examples, the handle is toast.  Has anyone established a 
source for a suitable handle? I don't care if it's an identical match.  I just 
want a good handle.  Unlike one list member, I won't be later discovering this 
410B in my stuff and making it available at an elevated price for that person 
wants the Collins recommended meter for servicing S-lines.
