Hello Bob,
The frequency response, even if it is the -3 dB points, doesn't read like a 
sub-woofer to me. Marketing people will probably quote -10 dB points, or 
even -20 dB points. I expect a sub-woofer to have a lower -3 dB point around 
18 to 20 Hz.
