The later Bill Orr Radio Handbooks had a chart in the Power Supply section comparing transformer weight to power output.

A better way is to go to the Duncan Amps site and download the "Power Supply" software.  With that program, which I've used several times with good results, and an ohm meter, you can calculate the transformer's capabilities very closely.
