[Boatanchors] what do i have here?

I would have at least expected an under chassis view.

The tube lineup is prewar and the power transformer is a later replacement. 
The chassis appears to be factory built and I wouldnt be surprised to find a 
catacomb in it. The layout reminds me a lot of a NC-200 commercial with some 
differences.
