Folks,

My comments regarding use of a dummy load as a door stop were made as a 
tongue-in-cheek comment.  I've been licensed since 1968.  I know what a 
dummy load is for.  I have a couple of the old cantenna types, and two 
or three Bird loads, including my 500 watt Bird 8201.  However, if there 
is anyone out there who figures that they have no further use for their 
KW load, I will gladly haul it away for free!

I hadn't even thought about checking with some of the local TV stations 
to see what they might have lying around.  Good idea!
