[Boatanchors] Media Mail, trying again.

Guys,

Reallize that we've gotten off the subject a bit;  USPS is watching every
penny.   When they have a customer that orders LOTS of Priority boxes but sends
little Priority out, that sets off a flag.  I won't take the time to discuss all
the postage theft that's been caught in the last 18 months but it's
substantial,(in the 10's of Millions).  I brought up the inspection of mail
BECAUSE as an employee ALL my mail is subject to inspection, incoming and
outgoing.  I had to sign that agreement WHEN  I took the job.  So I'm careful
about it because I don't want any trouble.  I ship lots of stuff (just like
several people here) and some of the Postmasters, supervisors and others can get
overzealous (read nosy).  I don't want anybody here to be uninformed.

If you compare PP and Priority rates, in many cases the difference is
pennies, unless you are shipping boxes of bricks.

To have a $25/hour Postal Inspector worrying about misuse of a $0.20 box
is ludicrous.
