[Boatanchors] Media Mail, trying again.

I have noticed many of the USPS supplied boxes, the free ones,
now have printing on the inside, so it is difficult to fake
those for lower rates or other carrier services.
I have been the recepient of those turned boxes, mostly
related to MPS shipping APO to APO, and I know that part
of the issue was the APO was an easy source of boxes.
These days, new boxes and packing materials aren't cheap
anymore.
I've done my share of dumpster diving when I needed boxes
for MPS shipping in years past, and after a few years at a
certain Pacific air base, I knew where I could find double
layer cardboard boxes in fine shape for shipping.
