Say nothing.  Don't ask; don't give a petty tyrant
the opportunity to flex his itty-bitty muscles over you.
Just put them in the box and Media-Mail it.
Works every time.

No advertising, no matter how old!  I tried to mail some Popular Electronics 
Magazines from the 1950s a while back using media mail.  No way!  The 
cheapest way to send magazines in bulk is by parcel post.
