[Boatanchors] SOLDER TIPS

Hi,

So my OEM Weller gun tip finally broke several years ago. I cut off a
hank of 12 gage copper wire and formed it to fit. I have been using home
made tips ever since. I don't care if the Weller brand tips last twice
as long or 100 times as long. I have a free, lifetime supply of
materials for more home brew tips and those are available in the middle
of the night on the weekend!

My gun is old enough that I don't know which model it is. The labels
fell off long ago. It's a dual heat model wit the nuts that hold the
Romex loop in place.
