[Boatanchors] Win XP Assist

I would like to find an XP Pro CD w/o the SPs that insist on calling the
mother ship.

There is SW that runs on Win machines that does not run on Macs or Linux
machines.

Malware vulnerability is irrelevant if you don't connect the machines to
the web.
